ORDERS AND INVOICES
Orders are shipped, subject to stock availability and confirmed payment. If the product is not available in stock, refer to the timing indicated in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section for each collection.
For customized orders or on request, at least 20 working days are expected before shipping; may vary according to the complexity of the project.
Orders placed during the closing days (between Saturday evening and Monday evening) are processed starting from the first following working day.
The deliveries of CosMonique Gioielli in Europe are not accompanied by an invoice, which will be sent within the following 12 days by e-mail.
All items are shipped with DHL courier.
At the time of delivery, the customer is requested to check the integrity of the package before signing the receipt.
RETURNS
For those who are not satisfied with the purchase, it is possible to return the purchased jewel and be refunded.
It is possible to return the jewel within 14 working days.
The right of return excludes all customized products and products thet are not part of our collections.
The returned item must not have been used / worn, it must be intact and in the original packaging which is considered an integral part of the product itself.
To request a return authorization, you must send a request email to cosmoniquejewels@gmail.com.
The return shipment of the return is charged to the customer and can only be made by DHL courier, for safety reasons.
It is recommended to attach the shipment tracking code, provided by the DHL courier, by e-mail.
CosMonique Gioielli reserves the right not to refund unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided.
In these cases, the customer is contacted by customer care and must arrange for the unauthorized return at his own expense.
In the event that the customer receives defective goods or errors in shipments by CosMonique Gioielli occur, please contact our customer service promptly (within 24 hours) by writing to cosmoniquejewels@gmail.com upon receipt of the package.
The returned items will be taken over and checked to verify that they have been returned intact.
If the return does not meet the conditions listed, the customer must take back the unauthorized return at his own expense.
The possibility of returning is granted only once for each order, so make sure that you have included all the items you intend to return in the return envelope.
REFUNDS
The refund is made by bank transfer, after having carried out the above checks.
The shipping cost and transaction costs will not be refunded and will be automatically deducted from the amount.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are made only on jewels from the CosMonique collections and not on personalized orders or on request.
If you want to change a jewel of the collections, please write to cosmoniquejewels@gmail.com.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment methods:

By choosing the PAYPAL payment method, the customer pays directly through his Paypal account. By selecting Paypal in the payment form you will be directed directly to the Paypal site, just enter your email and password and log in to your account.

By choosing the SATISPAY payment method the customer pays directly through their Satispay account by framing the generated QrCode.
